Enjoy a laid-back day along Seattle’s beautiful waterfront at Alki Beach, one of the city’s favorite destinations for sunshine, scenery and classic Pacific Northwest views. Located in West Seattle along Elliott Bay, Alki offers sweeping views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, passing ferries and the Seattle skyline.
Spend the day exploring at your own pace—walk the waterfront promenade, relax on the beach, browse the neighborhood, snap photos at the Statue of Liberty replica, or simply find a spot to enjoy the view. The beachfront is lined with casual restaurants, coffee shops and places to grab seafood, ice cream or a refreshing drink.
Depending on the season, you may find beach volleyball, outdoor patios, cyclists and roller skaters cruising the waterfront, or locals gathering to watch one of Alki’s famous sunsets.
